1.Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Aheadnode website at www.aheadnode.com (the "site"), operated by Aheadnode. By using the site you accept these terms. The Smart Runbooks for Jira application itself is not governed by these terms — it is licensed under the End User License Agreement presented on its Atlassian Marketplace listing, and its data handling is described in our Privacy Policy · Security.
2.Use of the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the site or the infrastructure serving it;
- probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- submit false, misleading, or automated entries through its forms; or
- scrape or harvest content or personal information at scale.
3.Early-access form
If you submit the early-access form, we receive the name and work email you provide (delivered via Formspree, our form processor) and use them solely to contact you about Smart Runbooks early access and launch updates. Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side: we do not promise access or any particular product feature, and you may ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing privacy@aheadnode.com.
4.Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, design, graphics, and the Aheadnode name, logo, and marks — are owned by Aheadnode. These terms grant you no license to them beyond viewing the site. Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and related marks are trademarks of Atlassian; Google and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use here is referential and implies no endorsement.
5.Third-party links and services
The site links to third-party services we do not control, such as the Atlassian Marketplace and our customer support portal. Their content and terms are their own, and we are not responsible for them.
6.Cookies
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind, which is why you see no cookie-consent banner. The only data the site transmits about you is what you yourself type into the early-access form (section 3). If this ever changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.
7.Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product descriptions on the site reflect software that is pre-launch: features, availability, and pricing may change before and after release, and nothing on the site is a commitment to deliver any particular functionality.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aheadnode will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9.Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
